I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth. (1 Cor 3:6-7)

Our Mission

Redemption Kids exists to glorify God by equipping volunteers to evangelize and disciple children in partnership with parents in order to be faithful as a church family to raise up the next generations to set their hope in God (Psalm 78:1-7; 145:4-13).

Our Vision

God’s glory is the ultimate purpose of all things (Rom 11:36) and is inseparably linked to redemption (Eph 1:12) through which regenerate man has the desire and ability (2 Cor 3:18) to please and praise God in everything (1 Cor 10:31). The church was established for God’s glory and is a primary means through which He is exalted (Eph 3:21) as she shares, defends, teaches, and embodies His truth. This reality is manifested as the local church embraces its commission to evangelize the lost and its call to equip and encourage the saints, including parents. Therefore, Redemption Kids serves as an effective vehicle through which the church is strengthened as she glorifies God through evangelizing and discipling children, supporting parents, and strengthening the local body of Christ.

Sunday AFTERNOONS

Nursery (Birth To Age 2)

The nursery is where we meet the needs of the youngest in our church family. Our time with these little ones – newborn through age two – is spent singing songs, engaging them in play, and teaching simple lessons about our Lord. This ministry allows parents to worship the Lord unencumbered.

Early Childhood (Preschool-Grade 1)

Our Early Childhood section is for children from the time they turn three until the end of Grade 1. In addition to playtime, children are introduced to an organized time of worship through song, prayer, and teaching from God’s Word that is engaging and age-appropriate using the Truth:78 curriculum. Each class also practices a monthly memory verse.

Elementary (Grade 2-5)

In our Elementary program we present the truths of Scripture in a child-appropriate manner. Sundays include a time of worship, Scripture memory, prayer, a Bible lesson (from the Truth:78 curriculum), and small-group time. Small-group time is a unique opportunity to help children respond to the Word as we stir up each other to love and good works (Heb. 10:24).

Our ultimate goal is to come alongside parents in fulfilling the command to "tell to the coming generation the glorious deeds of the Lord and His might, and the wonders that He has done...that the next generation might know them...so that they should set their hope in God” (Psalm 78:4, 6-7).
